Chondronorm® is an ideal combination of chondroitin sulphate (from shark cartilage) with glucosamine sulphate, vitamin C and manganese that helps maintain healthy cartilage, ligaments and tendons. Glucosamine sulphate enhances the beneficial effect of chondroitin sulphate, and vice versa.

Chondronorm® contains:

• Chondroitin sulphate from shark cartilage (marine origin as opposed to bovine cartilage in most products)
• Glucosamine sulphate - the sulphate component is extremely important for glucosamine incorporation into the cartilage (e.g. as a source of indispensable sulphur)
• Vitamin C and manganese as cartilage supporting components

Why is this chondroitin sulfate smaller than 16,000 Dalton?

"Dalton" reflects the weight of chondroitin sulphate. The higher it weighs, the bigger it is.

The size of chondroitin sulphate can cause a problem for its absorption. Big particles are less easily absorbed from the intestines (chondroitin sulphate with a weight of 32,500 Dalton is not absorbed at all).

The chondroitin sulphate from Chondronorm® has the best absorbable size (< 16,000 Dalton) available on the market!
