The following conditions are applicable to all deliveries

Conditions consumer

Prices
Products will be invoiced at prices prevailing on the date of delivery.

All orders for Belgium are sent Cash On Delivery. A COD cost of € 6,60 will be charged. This cost expires for orders from € 75,00.

All orders for the Netherlands are preferably sent against prepayment by Visa, Mastercard or American Express. The cost of prepayment € 5,00 will be charged. This cost expires for orders from € 75,00. All other orders are sent aigainst Cash On Delivery.  A COD cost of € 8,00 will be charged. This cost expires for orders from € 75,00.

For shipments abroad other rates apply. These can be requested directly at Nutrisan by e-mail, fax or telephone.

Deliveries
Delivery times of products not in stock can only be estimated. Orders can be delivered and invoiced in parts. Each partial delivery is considered a separate agreement.

Payments, interest, debt collection costs, COD
Payment is due within 14 days of the date of invoice. Exceeding this timeframe is considered a failure for which we can charge 1,5% interest per (part of a) month. All costs related to debt collection are on behalf of the debtor. At the time we have to give the claim out of hands, costs will be calculated according to the going collection rates. Default of payment suspends every obligation to deliver, and gives us the right to cancell all ongoing deliveries and to exclude this debtor from any future delivery. In all cases we can apply COD delivery or require certainty in advance.

Property reservation
We retain full ownership of the goods delivered until full payment of invoices (including interest and costs). As long as the subject of purchase is not passed on to the buyer, the buyer is - outside the scope of his normal job description - not allowed to grant any rights of the goods to a third party. Consequently, it is not permitted to (secretely) pawn these goods.

Export prohibition
The buyer is not allowed to export the products without prior written consent.

Complaints, liability
Complaints should be lodged by telephone or in writing within 7 working days.
Once a packing is opened, it cannot be returned.
Delays in delivery caused by the postal services or by other forms of transport, are at the risk of the recipient.
Should you refuse to accept the delivery of a placed order or should you not pick up an order at the post office, postages will still be charged.

Applicable law, acceptance conditions
Only the Belgian law is applicable to all agreements. By placing an order, the buyer declares to have read, understood and accepted this condition.
