NutriQ10 100 mg only contains coQ10 that is identical to the body's own coQ10, namely trans-coQ10. This is on account of the natural manufacturing process using the yeast fermentation method. CoQ10 produced through chemical synthesis contains a mixture of trans-coQ10 and cis-coQ10. The cis form is not observed in nature and is by far the less active and least expensive form of coQ10.
