Daily intake
Take 1 tablet half an hour before a meal containing milk, dairy products or other lactose-containing foods. Take a maximum of 2 tablets per day.
Remarks and allergens
Do not exceed the daily recommended dose. Lacto Assist is a nutritional supplement and should not replace a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Store in a cool and dry place. Keep out of the reach of children. Consult your doctor before use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
